At TailWag Wellness, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Some of our products ship directly from our warehouse, while others are sourced from trusted suppliers outside the USA. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

High volume of orders may lead to slight processing delays. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer different shipping options based on the product’s shipping location:

Domestic Shipping (Shipped from Local Warehouse)

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

Next-Day Shipping (1 business day): Rate calculated at checkout

 

International Shipping (Shipped from outside USA)

For some products shipped directly from outside the USA, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard International Shipping (10-20 business days)

Expedited International Shipping (7-14 business days)


Free Shipping is available on orders over $50.00 within United States.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using this number.

For products shipped from outside the USA , tracking updates may take a few days to appear, and international tracking may be limited in some regions.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or regional regulations.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at TailWagWellness@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
