FAQ – Shipping, Returns & Sizing
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Items shipped from our US warehouse arrive in 3–8 business days. Items sourced from our overseas partners arrive in 7–15 business days. The shipping origin is noted on each product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. US orders over $50 ship free.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — a tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship within the United States. Contact support@TailwagWellness.com if you're outside the US and we'll let you know what's possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email support@TailwagWellness.com to start a return — we'll send a return label and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before requesting a return.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Contact us right away with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
Sizing & Fit
How do I pick the right harness or collar size?
Measure, don't guess by breed. See our Dog Size Guide for how to measure neck, chest girth, and back length, plus what to do if your dog is between sizes.
What if the size is wrong?
Unused items with tags can be returned within 14 days — see Returns above.
Products
Are your toys safe for aggressive chewers?
Toys marked "bite-resistant" are built for tough play, but no toy is indestructible. Supervise chew sessions and replace any toy that shows heavy wear.
Do you sell cat products?
We focus on dogs. A few items (like the Electric Motion Ball and Gravity Feeder) also work for cats.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, and other major methods shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. Orders process within 1–2 business days, so we can usually help if you reach us before it ships.
